Shineline Enterprises acknowledges its legislative and compliance responsibilities, including the obligations established by the Victorian Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004, the Occupational Health and Safety Regulations 2007, the Workplace Injury Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2013, and other health and safety legislation.
Shineline has developed an organization-wide OHS Plan and tailored Divisional OHS Plans to provide a safe workplace for all Shineline employees, clients, volunteers, family members and visitors, and ensure that Shineline’s legal obligations are met.

It’s Health and Safety Management System, Shinelines SAFE is implemented with effect and defines roles and responsibilities, policies and procedures and fit for purpose training for all employees, contractors and volunteers
Appropriate and fit for purpose ShinelinerSAFE resources are effectively implemented to meet and exceed our OHS obligations
The consultation process includes employees and relevant parties in decision making where changes may impact on health and safety
Incidents, including hazards and near misses are reported, investigated and actions are taken, with key learnings shared to prevent reoccurrence
Injuries or illnesses are managed through effective injury and claims management and early intervention return to work processes
Safe plant, equipment and facilities are provided and maintained
Everyone at Shineline has a responsibility to look after health and safety at work, including reporting hazards and following safe work procedures.
